The Role
The role’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Deep dive into Human Resources, Information Management & Technology Services and Property using agency's established project management tool
Refinement of Finance function deep dive
Review of Executive and Strategic Communications functions and clear decision of what services are included/excluded
Revision of the agency Overhead Allocation Model to reflect agreed methodology
Establish financial framework and processes to support journals
Your Background & Experience
