LCSP Program Contracted Support
Level 3 - Advanced Practitioner
Long term (Greater than six months)
PCSP requires a Level 3 Contractor to support Program and Project management activities under the Director of LCSP.
As a Program Support you must be flexible in order to align with business priorities role and be able to work autonomously, and be proactively outcome focused.

The Role
The role’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Carry out Land Capability stakeholder engagement with Army stakeholders, other ADF and Government Branches and Organisations, and Defence Industry.
Liaise directly with Defence Industry vendors for management and delivery of Defence innovation projects
Liaise and work directly with Defence acquisition and sustainment organisations for procurement and sustainment of capabilities, including the development of procurement and sustainment project documentation.
Review and provide analysis of project and program documentation and deliverables
Review and analyse current LCSP capability posture against Army objective state and Project deliverables in order to understand and document current capability gaps.
Provide support to the development of business cases for the additional phases of the LCSP projects in consultation with the AHQ Project Management Office (PMO).
Carry-out project development activities across LCSP under the direction of the Deputy Director, including planning and delivery of associated FIC, and development of procurement paper work for the acquisition of LCSP capabilities for Army.
Carry-out financial reviews of LCSP project budgets in consultation with SO1 LCSP and the LCSP Business Manager.
Project administration support in preparation for Gate and committee consideration
Provide administrative support to programmatic planning (including for forums, key meetings, travel and other stakeholder engagement)
Support business improvement initiatives
Other tasking as required
Your Background & Experience
The role requires demonstrated experience in:
Demonstrated candidate experience specific to Defence and Capability Development.
Expereince in stakeholder engagement management both internally and externally to Defence.
Qualifications in fields of management, business/finance or government administration (desirable, not essential)
Must have high-level knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (essential)
