12 month contract
Army Minors Project 21010 will require an experienced PM to oversee the development of representative ‘battle labs’ including overseeing system enhancements, supporting LNIC technical staff and developing future enhancement strategies for incorporating both future and current LCS capabilities. The end state of the AMP will be a test capability that enables Army to conduct systems-of-systems testing across the full LCS.
5. It is expected that the majority of services delivered under this contract will be at the LNIC facility in Symonston, ACT, however the role may be performed remotely.

The Role
The role’s responsibilities will include:
Understand and interpret new major business requirements across the project and work with the technical teams to develop the schedule and cost of activities.
Provide recommendations and plan the continual development of the LCS Battle Lab incorporation to the LNIC data centre.
Develop the LCS Battle Lab governance structure and controls for the support system.
Develop, in consultation with CIOG and Army, the support system requirements and solution.
Manage major changes to project scope and lead planning for future procurement activities including developing Statements of Work and procurement documentation.
Engage with the LNIC Land Integration Framework team to incorporate future representative environments with the relevant project office, LNIC internal technical staff and the relevant change authorities.
Manage senior stakeholder meetings and report to the Deputy Director Land Network Integration – Army (DDLNI-A) and the Army Minors team on progress in achieving the business outcomes.
Provide resource forecasting to meet current and future project commitments and schedule constraints.
Your Background & Experience
The ideal contractor will have demonstrated experience in:
Bachelor degree (or higher) in ICT Management.
Formal Project Management Training.
Experience in planning and managing large programs of work for specific projects.
Experience working with CIOG processes.
Awareness of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS) and experience with Capability Lifecycle (CLC) process.
Experience in developing support systems requirements and solutions.
